Ever since Obox Themes, we’ve prided ourselves in offering the best support possible and when we launched Layers we wanted to take it to another level.
We started by offering support for free to anyone who was using Layers. Things are going well but as Layers has grown (over 650k downloads and many thousands of active sites) we have realised that it’s time to grow our support team again.
Currently our support team consists of Vail Joy, Marc and myself. However we need someone who is 100% focussed on the task of support so that we can reply to queries quicker.
What we are looking for:
- You must be fluent in English
- Have an excellent understanding of WordPress and how it works
- Have an excellent understanding of WooCommerce and how it works
- Experience with Layers and it’s fundamental workings
- Experience in the Theme industry
- Ability to write front end code and understand, on a basic level, backend code
- You can work from anywhere in the world we just require that you respond to support messages quickly and accurately. Be aware that most of our customers reside in America, so you will need to respond during their waking hours.
- Most importantly you need to have a thick skin, the support game is tough and your ability to drill down to the question at hand is key
How much time, how much money?
- $18 per hour
- 2 – 3 hours per day
